Jack brings a people-first approach to his work, shaped by his background in leadership, coaching and business development. Through his previous coaching roles, he has spent years supporting people through personal challenges, helping them build confidence, take practical steps forward and feel more in control of their lives.

This experience gives Jack a strong understanding of how important it is for people to feel heard, supported and matched with the right services. At Care Decisions, he uses this perspective to build trusted provider relationships and help make the process of finding NDIS support feel clearer, simpler and less overwhelming for participants, families and carers.
