Dave Willems

Dave Willems is the Head of NDIS at Care Decisions, bringing extensive experience in business development, relationship management and service growth across the Australian aged care and disability support sectors.

Aged care has been a central focus throughout Dave’s career. He has held senior business development roles with leading care organisations, including Head of Business Development at Bupa and Business Development Manager for Queensland and New South Wales at Regis Aged Care. In these roles, Dave worked closely with families, care teams and industry partners, developing a strong understanding of the decisions people face when seeking suitable care and support.

Dave is passionate about helping people navigate complex care systems with greater clarity and confidence. His experience in aged care has shaped his people-first approach, with a strong focus on understanding individual needs, building trusted relationships and connecting people with services that are right for their circumstances.

At Care Decisions, Dave brings this same approach to the NDIS sector, helping participants, families and carers navigate provider options and access appropriate supports. He also contributes to the broader work of Aged Care Decisions, which helps Australian families compare aged care providers and make more informed care decisions.

Through his leadership, Dave supports Care Decisions’ mission to make finding suitable NDIS services simpler, more transparent and less overwhelming for the people who need them.
