Importantly, whether a family already has a preferred provider or not, even if this provider is not registered with Care Decisions, the level of support and service we provide remains the same.
Due to privacy laws, the only element of our service that cannot be provided where a preferred provider is not registered with Care Decisions is support with providing any personal or clinical information to that provider.
