What is the NDIS?
The NDIS, or National Disability Insurance Scheme, is a government program which provides funding for a wide variety of disability care services and other supports. Under the program, anyone who has a disability can be eligible for NDIS funding amounts to pay for the care or supports they need to maximise their quality of life.
What is the NDIA?
The NDIA, or National Disability Insurance Agency, is the government agency in charge of handling and implementing the NDIS. The NDIA can provide you with information, referrals to specific services, individual care plans, and more.
How do I access the NDIS?
You can access the NDIS by visiting their website, or calling 1800 800 110. They will guide you through the process of applying, review your eligibility, and set you up with funding for your care plan.

Care Decisions is a 100% independently owned and operated organisation helping families simplify the search for NDIS providers in Australia.
We are owned by Aged Care Reviews Pty Ltd – which also operates Aged Care Decisions. Aged Care Decisions is Australia’s largest care matching and referral service – assisting thousands of families each month to find the best matched home care or residential aged care provider.
Is this service really 100% free of charge?
Yes, we can assure you that our service is really 100% free of charge for families. No catches. No hidden fees.
NDIS providers cannot pass on our service fee to you, or to your allocated NDIS funding.

How do we get paid?
Our service is a 100% free of charge service for Australian families. No if’s, no but’s, and no hidden charges.
We are able to provide this service for you by charging NDIS providers a set, industry standard services fee for undertaking customer service & marketing services on their behalf.

How much does your service cost?

How do you create a customised report for me?
We create your customised report by utilising our national database of partner providers. Each of those providers is registered with Care Decisions, and provides us with data on their ability to provide disability care and services in each geographic area.
We provided you with suitable list of options based on the care needs and preferences of NDIS participant.
You will have peace of mind knowing that we do not recommend one provider over another.
How do we find providers for you?
Each service provider provides different types of support and care for different care needs.
Care Decisions will assist you in finding the right match by compiling a customised report of providers that match your individual circumstance. We can also assist with finding answers to questions the family may have.

How do we get started?

How does this work in relation to Support Coordination?
Care Decisions is not a provider of NDIS funded Support Coordination. Our role is to provide increased support and increased choice to participants when looking for a new provider.
Care Decisions is able to call upon a national database of providers, and match participants through our technological platform. Our goal is to provide increased choice to participants through better comparison of services. We do work alongside Support Coordinators, but unlike those groups, we provide additional personalised services by calling upon a large database of providers that can be prepared.
What is the overall fee for each referral?
We charge a once-off fee per referral. Prices vary depending on the service, but there are no hidden costs, ongoing fees, future payments, or strings attached.
What information do we receive in referrals?
Each referral incorporates a comprehensive overview of a participant in critical need of service – having already had their NDIS Plan approved but not yet connected with a provider.
When does a provider pay?
Each Monday, the referrals from the week prior will be billed. The provider will have 7 calendar days to make the payment.
Can we pay more to be prioritised referrals?
No. Transparency requires that our referral prices are industry wide. We do not recommend one provider over another. Rather, our role is to provide information and to match participants to providers when the match exists on care & support needs, provider capacity and participant preferences.
What if we want to receive more referrals?
As your organisations growth, needs change, so can your weekly referral budget. Simply request when you’d like to increase or decrease your budget.
What are your operating hours?
Our team of support assessment officers operate 7 days a week, 8:30am to 6:30pm, acting as a representative for your business from the get-go, delivering the highest level of care.
Do you disclose your fee to your clients?
Yes, in all instances. We are fully transparent about how and when Care Decisions will charge an NDIS provider. This detail is provided to clients and NDIS participants in their first interaction with Care Decisions, and at multiple points throughout the provider matching and shortlisting process.
What's the cancellation policy?
After the Minimum Term, upon provision of written notice via email to support@caredecisions.com.au your registration will be cancelled 7 days after receipt of your request.
